In today’s competitive environment, corporate culture requires us to think, react and communicate at unprecedented speeds. Over time, employees adopt shortcuts for internal communication and often eliminate the once strong fundamentals of corporate culture – collaboration, brainstorming, effective communication, and teamwork.

Through custom programs that align with your business needs, we create hands-on learning situations that educate employees about interpersonal communication and teamwork and demonstrate ways to employ these skills effectively with team members, between departments and at varying executive levels. Adventure Teamworks helps its participants to recognize communication barriers, understand discrete verbal and non-verbal communication cues, and formulate solutions that will result in a positive interaction. We empower employees with the skills to be valuable, efficient team members with newfound inspiration to build strong teams that freely collaborate, contribute and discover innovative ideas. To meet your company’s needs, Adventure Teamworks offers three levels of training options that include: 

RENEWAL:
Choose from the following two levels of programming to meet your needs:
1. Energizers are up to 1 ½ hours and work well for:
    • retreats, conferences, rewards or for just plain fun
    • new teams or new team members to get to know one another
    • kick-off events or a chance to re-group
2. Team Builders are up to 4 hours and work well for:
    • empowering individuals
    • building team chemistry
    • improving relationships
 
EDUCATION:
The Education options are 1 ½ hour workshops with a focus on one of the following:
    • Action Leadership - recognize the difference between leaading and managing
    • Dynamic Teams - build a strong, committed team or re-charge your existing one
    •Vision Charting - keep your organization heading in the right direction
    • Peak Communication - utilize the key components to successful communication

 
DEVELOPMENT:
The Development option is 14 hours spread over four to six months and covers the followng six steps of the A.C.T.I.O.N. Learning Process:
